Power System: Equipped with a three-cylinder custom imported engine with a power output of 210kW. It has a large displacement and torque, providing strong power. The turbocharger has been upgraded to VGT, which has a shorter response time, less speed drop, reduces fuel consumption loss, and offers better performance at high altitudes. The fuel injector spray area has been increased, and the rail pressure has been raised from 130Mpa to 200Mpa, resulting in more complete combustion and lower fuel consumption.
Hydraulic System: Equipped with renowned brand piston pumps and main valves. The pump displacement has been increased from 160cc to 180cc, generally improving by 5-10%. The engine's operating speed range can be expanded, making it easier to operate within the fuel-efficient range.
It adopts fully electronic controlled hydraulic technology, optimizing the oil return area of the boom and dipper valve cores, adjusting the logic valve, improving coordination and flat performance. A boom buffer valve is added, optimizing the oil return area of the travel valve core, eliminating travel speed shock.
Reducer upgrade: Adopting RG23 reducer, the rotation device's rotation capacity is enhanced by 12%. The rotational driving force of the machine is increased, and its working ability on slopes is improved, with the rotation start-up speed accelerated.
