Leichi Factory covers an area of 609 mu and is equipped with four major processes: stamping, welding, painting and assembly. Its annual production capacity is 50,000 units.
Pressing Workshop: Equipped with 3 pressing lines and 1 unwinding line, along with 4 servo hydraulic presses and ABB robots, forming a fully automated closed pressing line. The entire process is completed automatically without human intervention, including unloading, cleaning, oiling, visual alignment and pressing, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
Welding workshop: 72 fully automated robots work collaboratively efficiently, ensuring the strength of the vehicle body.
Painting Workshop: The process includes a complete set of procedures such as electrophoretic coating, intermediate coating, color coating, and clear coating, ensuring both anti-corrosion and appearance quality.
Assembly Workshop: It is divided into three major areas: chassis line, interior line and assembly line. The flexible design enables simultaneous production of multiple vehicle models. Precise installation of core components, and the glass gluing is completed by robots to ensure sealing. The chassis is automatically and precisely assembled with the cab through the airborne DMS system, and then undergoes final processes such as bumper installation, headlights installation, and oil addition, resulting in a basically completed vehicle.
19 units of AGV material delivery carts are equipped to work in conjunction with the LES, MES, and SAP systems to achieve automatic material distribution and precise inventory management. The storage area covers an area of 4,100 square meters. As the deputy general manager of the manufacturing center said, "Each vehicle has its own 'identity card', enabling the traceability of every batch of components."
In terms of quality control, Leichi Automobile strictly screens suppliers through 216 criteria, conducts 15 times more regular inspections than usual, and sets up 126 online monitoring points. All employees adhere to the principle of "not accepting defective products, not manufacturing defects, and not allowing defects to flow out", ensuring that each vehicle delivered can withstand tests.

After the factory visit, the guests moved to the professional test drive area to conduct a deep dynamic experience of the Lechi F3 small light truck. The test drive factory simulated various scenarios such as water-crossing roads, slope-stabilizing platforms, potholed roads, sharp turns, and fast roads for comprehensive testing.

In terms of safety, Leichi F3 small light truck has made great efforts: The EHB electronic hydraulic braking system has excellent braking performance for heavy loads and is not prone to brake heat fade during long downhill driving.
