To Jiang, this was not only the delivery of a new piece of equipment, but also a crucial answer he submitted for his company's "green and efficient transformation" after more than twenty years of deep involvement in the loading and unloading industry.
From trials to dedication: The mutual pursuit of understanding and connection
Since 2004, when it formed a close partnership with a large cement plant with an annual output of 4.6 million tons, Mr. Jiang's loading company has become an indispensable "mechanical arm" in its extensive production chain. Over the past two decades, the fleet of loaders has undergone complex brand selections and replacements, but has never been able to find that "peace of mind" that is suitable for high-intensity and continuous operations.

Today, in Mr. Jiang's loading and unloading fleet, Yingxuan loaders account for 9 units. The earliest 4 fuel-powered equipment have been operating stably for about 20,000 hours, and the longest one has exceeded 23,000 hours, becoming the "reliable" symbol as Mr. Jiang describes it.
Electricity-Powered Switching: A Smart Financial Plan Amidst Policy Support
When the national "carbon neutrality" strategy was announced, General Manager Jiang, as the leader of the company, quickly recognized the inevitable trend of the green transformation. However, what truly made General Manager Jiang determined to make a large-scale transition from "petrol to electricity" was a financial calculation that was so clear as to be astonishing.
For traditional diesel vehicles, taking a loader with fourth-generation fuel as an example, at the current oil prices, the cost of fuel alone is as high as around 130 yuan per hour. Additionally, the cost of urea needs to be calculated separately.
After replacing it with the Yingxuan YX656EV-GT electric loader, the fleet ingeniously utilized off-peak electricity for centralized charging. Even including the factory service fees, the hourly electricity cost was only around 30 yuan!
"Didn't realize it before, but once I calculated, I was shocked!" General Manage
r Jiang said frankly. Each device operates for 10 hours per day, and the electricity usage is over a thousand yuan less than that of an oil vehicle. The company currently has 5 Yingxuan electric devices, and the total daily cost has dropped by approximately 5,000 yuan. The annual savings easily exceed one million yuan! "This doesn't even include the possible additional incentives from the national new energy policy," General Manager Jiang added.
Apart from economic efficiency, environmental protection is a crucial criterion - this large cement factory has increasingly strict environmental requirements for its suppliers, and new energy equipment has become the "green passport" that Director Jiang uses to maintain his core competitiveness.

To ensure that the new equipment can quickly become effective, the Yingxuan service team has been stationed at the site for three days and three nights. They provided hands-on training to the drivers of the fleet, covering aspects such as operation standards, charging management, and maintenance key points. When it comes to the future, General Jiang's blueprint for green transformation has already been laid out: The batch purchase of 5 units of Yingxuan Electric Equipment this year is just the beginning. Next year, it plans to replace another 10 units, and will completely replace all existing fuel equipment with the Yingxuan New Energy Fleet. "Unified branding will be more conducive to equipment management and cost control, and will also set a new benchmark for regional green handling!" General Jiang took a sip of tea.
